Mechanical design is core to the design of any factory automation cell. All components are precision engineered to go when they should go, stop when they should stop, and withstand thousands of cycles without mechanical failure.

Structural framing, robotic end-effectors, mounting fixtures for equipment, and safety guarding are just some of the many examples of our use of mechanical design. Safety and quality are at the heart of our design philosophy.

This is why we produce highly detailed 3D CAD assemblies, well-toleranced professional drawings, and correct fit, form, and function—all while designing for manufacturing and assembly.
